Now we understand the "Love" ads! We were shopping around for a new car on a short timeline and went to a couple other brand's dealers before this one. Comparing the atmosphere at Long and the Impreza to our other choices made it difficult to even consider the others. Our experience with Josh was excellent - no complaints at all! One of our cars died a couple days after signing the Lease, so Josh figured out how to provide us with a loaner until our new Subaru arrived - This was amazing! Josh's sales method was to understand what we wanted and highlight the features of the car - at no point did it feel like he was pushing to sell. Their no-hassle price was better than others right out of the gate, which was very impressive and made the experience less stressful. Three weeks later we went back to replace my old car with a Crosstrek. Josh and this dealership makes me want to keep buying cars, but unfortunately we'll have to wait a couple years. This dealership helps the brand live up to their "Love" ad campaign. We're Subie converts! More

The service and repair place is also totally above board and helpful, with excellent service. Long is long on service, quality, and friendliness. I totally recommend Long Subaru to anyone interested in buying a Subaru! More

Scott Brill is Awesome! We went to two other Subaru and one Toyota dealerships before coming to Long Subaru. We were replacing a 20yo Subaru Outback that we were very emotion We went to two other Subaru and one Toyota dealerships before coming to Long Subaru. We were replacing a 20yo Subaru Outback that we were very emotionally attached to, so we were a bit sensitive, unsure of what we wanted, etc. Scott Brill was fantastic - answered all our questions and was completely laid back. His calm and stress-free manner made it so much easier to make a decision. He put me and my husband at ease during a process when we really needed that. The small friendly feel of the dealership helped too - not as overwhelming as other places we considered. The little things (lotion in the ladies room) are really important when making a large purchase like this. We actually decided to buy from Scott/LONG before we decided which car we wanted. Scott was so totally available and helpful through the whole process, taking the time to sync my phone before I drove off. I felt extremely well cared-for and would recommend using this dealership to anyone! More

Quick follow up We purchased a 2016 outback on July 2017. I had a great experience with purchasing it, they accommodated my every need throughout the purchase. I had a tire issue recently and they split the cost. That’s what I call service. Not pushy and nice selection. Highly recommend and Happy we finally found a great Subaru dealership. More
