Efficient, knowledgeable, accommodating and straightforward. I wasn't interested in buying a new car. Presently own a 2011 Subaru Impreza Hatchback and have 116,000 miles on it. Was looking for a 2014-2017 use I wasn't interested in buying a new car. Presently own a 2011 Subaru Impreza Hatchback and have 116,000 miles on it. Was looking for a 2014-2017 used vehicle with relatively low miles and wanted another Subaru for several reasons. They're great in the snow, smooth ride, decent pick up, decent gas mileage and roomy. We Transport our grandchildren around frequently, and wanted something safe and reliable. I purchased the 2011 used with 81,000 miles on it from non Subaru dealer 3 years ago. It's been a great car! Traded in our old vehicle(2002 Volkwagen Jetta) for a 2015 Subaru Impreza Sport. Just picked it up, so can't really give you any specifics, other than I don't enjoy or relish looking for new vehicles and generally dislike the bantering back and forth regarding price, trade ins, etc. Fortunately, there was none of that at Long Subaru. The vehicle we purchased was reasonably priced, relatively low mileage, and no dickering back and forth. Words can't really describe how refreshing that was. Sales person Matthew Orn was direct, pleasant, no nonsense, knowledgeable and clearly knew his vehicles, coupled with the fact, that he was efficient, with no additional waiting time. Some people may think true pricing is a marketing scam. If so, then I hope it continues, since this was clearly one of the most pleasurable experiences I've had purchasing a car in 40 years. No pressure, no gyrations, games or dickering. We loved it! Did our homework regarding trade in as well as current market price. It was realistic, with no additional tweaking. Drive on average 14,000 miles a year. It was a decision between buying a new Hyundai(owned three of them and were decent cars) or another Jetta(which I wouldn't do again). The 2011 Impreza gets 33 mpg, still gives a smooth ride with 116,000 miles, and continue to enjoy driving it. The 2015(which we just bought used) had 47,000 miles on it. Roomy, smooth ride, plenty of back seat room for the kids, and great acceleration and pick up. There were no glitches regarding registration, credit, etc. Since this was my first experience with Long Subaru, I'm happy to say it was easy, uneventful, expeditious, timely and no extraneous nonsense. if I encounter any issues with the vehicle, will certainly let you know, however, I don't anticipate any major difficulties. Would recommend Long Subaru to anyone and most specifically, to our sales person, Matthew Orn. David Simmons More
