The price on the sticker was the price of the car. Lisa was amazing to work with for our 2024 Crosstrek. She was easy to talk with, understood our needs, and was very efficient. In a time when cars are "in transfer," she kept us well informed on the status of our vehicle. Matt in finance was also great and very accommodating. Signing papers for the car was straightforward, with no pressure on extended services or warranties, but very informative and honest. Will say the only frustration that we did have, was not knowing about the extended warranties prior to paper signing. If we had known about some of the warranty information prior to the day of signing papers, we would have made monetary adjustments to purchase the warranty covering electronics at that time. Car buying is not the best way to spend time, however, Lisa and Matt made this transaction pain and pressure free!!! Couldn't be happier with the car. The warranty information we will be circling back to at a later date, unforntunately at that time, it will cost us a bit more money than if we knew the pickup day. More
