Dishonest service department. Car set for 2 weeks before it was even looked at after I was told it was being worked on. Was told it was in a bay being worked on when it was really Car set for 2 weeks before it was even looked at after I was told it was being worked on. Was told it was in a bay being worked on when it was really still sitting whre the tow truck dropped it off. Only worked on it AFTER I caught them lying about it . They did do a great job about getting the work done AFTER they were caught lying. Unfortunate change from where it was. Sales is a sell it to the customer then forget about them experience. Can not in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone. Can not even consider another FORD going forward due to this dealership. They have much work to do. More

My wife took her explorer in for oil change and tires rotated as Ford call the works . Was 3rd car in line that morning sit there for 3 hours when she got home tires had not been rotated because I marked rotated as Ford call the works . We always brought our fords no matter where we bought them to Ekenrod because there service department was best around but will not be back they have went down hill since changing to long lewis. More

The service department at long lewis is terrible. I worked with Danielle Routen, in sales, who listened, possessed product knowledge, had efficient and effective communication, as well as made herself available during my needed appointment times. $0 Doc fee, $0 service fee. Haley Sasnette in finance was significantly informative and upfront with the contract terms. Her simplicity with offering optional coverages lacking pressure was refreshing. Easy. I will now lack the dread of new car purchases and just stick with Long-Lewis Ford of Cullman in the future. More
