Dishonest service department. Car set for 2 weeks before it was even looked at after I was told it was being worked on. Was told it was in a bay being worked on when it was really Car set for 2 weeks before it was even looked at after I was told it was being worked on. Was told it was in a bay being worked on when it was really still sitting whre the tow truck dropped it off. Only worked on it AFTER I caught them lying about it . They did do a great job about getting the work done AFTER they were caught lying. Unfortunate change from where it was. Sales is a sell it to the customer then forget about them experience. Can not in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone. Can not even consider another FORD going forward due to this dealership. They have much work to do. More
