Bought a new truck. My experience was outstanding. I initially thought since Long Lewis did fixed “no haggle” pricing that I could probably do better. Went to another My experience was outstanding. Price included doc fees, etc to inflate the price. Looked at the Long Lewis website and found similar truck for thousands less. Made an on-line inquiry. Salesperson Shirley Grayson responded almost immediately to discuss. We arranged a time to test drive and went down that afternoon to test drive. Shirley was enthusiastic and provided superior service. Answer all of my questions including having sales manager explain their pricing structures, potential rebates, and how it impact the final price including offering alternatives. Ultimately ended up with a deal that I couldn’t stand to walk away from. Long Lewis is a top tier dealer in the US and has some pricing incentives due to their volume not always available to others. I had bought a lot of cars in my time (both new and used) and this was one of the best buying experiences I have had. More
