To say I am pleased with the service I received is an understatement! As my situation was a bit unique, Blake Lawson went above and beyond to make things happen and in a very quick manner! Blake assisted my wife and I when we went in on a Saturday nearing closing time, and he was more than willing to help us find the right vehicle we needed for our growing family. He made sure we had options to choose from, even from other sister dealerships. Again, my situation wasn’t the norm, so it was a bit confusing for all parties, but Blake took the time and even made phone calls he didn’t have to make, just to make sure we were in the vehicle we wanted before the weekend came, as we were down to one car. All of our future vehicles will be purchased through Long Lewis, and Blake will be our guy!! More
In October, 2021 I ordered a 2022 Ford F-150 from Long-Lewis Ford. They were able to give me the best overall deal among several dealers that I checked with. My truck arrived in February, 2022 and when I went to pick it up, I found that Ford Credit had changed their financing terms. This was different than what I was quoted from Long-Lewis back in October. I was concerned that I had made a purchasing decision based on what I was quoted in October. When I expressed this concern to Long-Lewis management, they made it right with no arguments. Management’s response was way more positive than I was expecting even though they did not control Ford Credit Financing rates. Long-Lewis’s customer service philosophy is much more than words – they really mean it as exhibited by their actions. They have a lifetime customer in me and I would strongly recommend them for anyone’s vehicle needs. More

Let me start out by saying that I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime I am 69 years old I have drove Hondas for the last 40 years I buy a new one about every two years I was looking for a Ford truck cars in my lifetime I am 69 years old I have drove Hondas for the last 40 years I buy a new one about every two years I was looking for a Ford truck and a ordered one from a local Ford dealership here in Saint Clair county let me just say they were not honest folks on the bill sheet they had me charged for tinted windows that come tinted from the factory $500 they had me charged $498 doc-fee they also charge me $100 for nitrogen filled tires and then charge me on top of that the MSRP plus tax plus title and they had the tax figured at 4.50 when it was supposed to have been 3.75 these were very crooked people I am and let me emphasize very happy with driving the 31 miles from Moody to Hoover that long Lewis Ford there I found the managers character to be impeccable his name was David Swan he was very honest and truthful he stated to me we treat everyone the same we do not charge doc-fee and or addendum‘s or add-ons with us is the same MSRP plus tax plus title and out the door and Wade the finance manager helped me out tremendously just very fine folks they salesman Rusty Patterson and also Daniel Willis are very very very professional these people help me with setting up ford apps-visa and ford pass for my truck and they are also getting me a $500 discount through Farm Bureau of which I am a member for my Accessories and has ordered them the same day for me this truck was delivered very clean and they had their IT person to go over all the technology that was in the truck with me to better understand how to operate some of these electronics as I said I’m 69 years old so she went a little slow with me so I would understand I can see why these people have been in business over 100 years because I have told everybody I have seen about how good the people are at Long Lewis Ford and believe me that’s what keeps them in business that’s what makes the difference between them and other Ford dealerships that want to rip people off these people are very honest and I want to say that they know how to treat people and I say the least I am very very very happy with my truck with their service and I will drive the 60 miles a day round-trip to get my service there that means that much to me they were that good of people . When I was shopping for a Lincoln Navigator I had no clue that Long-Lewis Ford of Hoover had a facility as wonderful as they do. I was immediately greeted by RJ Reynolds. He is not your typical car salesma that Long-Lewis Ford of Hoover had a facility as wonderful as they do. I was immediately greeted by RJ Reynolds. He is not your typical car salesman. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, show us features on the vehicle and did NOT high pressure sell us. The entire staff that we dealt with were very professional and made sure we were comfortable. I will definitely highly recommend Long-Lewis Ford of Hoover to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used. We have also been contacted by the salesman, sales manager and a couple of others from the dealership to make sure we were enjoying our new purchase. More

We were on our way from Georgia to Texas when we had a major leak in one of the heater hoses developed a leak. The service department was able to work us in and get the replacement hoses sooner than estim major leak in one of the heater hoses developed a leak. We took the car in on Tuesday, the hoses came in Wednesday, and we where back on the road about 1130 Thursday morning. We are very pleased with the service we received. More

I have wanted an Explorer my whole adult life, finally due to a bit of good fortune, my husband bought me one, albeit, it is used but I love it! He also bought 3 yr warranty. Well, it has been at Long L due to a bit of good fortune, my husband bought me one, albeit, it is used but I love it! He also bought 3 yr warranty. Well, it has been at Long Lewis Ford Service Dept. for 6 weeks now and still isn't repaired. Water Pump needs replaced. After 4 weeks of not hearing anything, Barry said they had to get approval due to it being Warranty work. I know they are short handed due to everything that has been going on but this is still ridiculously long. Very disappointed that I still don't have our vehicle back. Probably will be our last Ford, that's a shame because my mother retired a long time ago, after over 24 years at FMCC and purchased all of her cars from Long Lewis in Bessemer. More
