The dealership itself is amazing! ,, the service center is awful. Lack of communication. They also don’t tell you anything until the car needs a new engine. I’m very unsatisfied with the service center and that’s why they have a high turnover rate a that particular service center. They do. Or treat the women according due to just trying to get the money and more money for a woman to have to spend. There was a note saying I declined services that wasn’t even offered to me. Also they have the mileage on my invoice as 50,000 more than what my vehicle has on there. If I would have known the service center customer service was going to be the way it is, I would not have purchased a car from them. They never greet me as I come in. I am always given the invoice and sent about my day. I could have had a wreck with my 4 kids in the car not knowing the car could have shut off at any given moment More
