On the 3rd day of a 3 week, long anticipated, road trip, we experienced loss of power and starting problems with our 2005 Hyundai Tucson. Even though we arrived at Long's Hyundai in Chattanooga just before closing, Brent and Lonnie stayed over, long enough to diagnose our problem and present us with a solution. A part was ordered and received the next morning, installed, and finished by 9:30 am, which got us back on the road in record time. The courtesy and attention we received was far and above what one would have expected, and such a special blessing to us. Brent even offered to call us in a couple of hours to make sure that everything was still working properly. We were totally impressed with every aspect of our service experience. More

It was so refreshing to have a smart and honest young salesman to deal with. He gave no "BS", if he did not know the answer, he said he did not but would find out, and he did! The service department was great. They got me right in and diagnosed the problem it was just a wire had came loose they put it back together and did not even charge me anything for it.
