WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER! I could go on for paragraphs about how awful the service here is, but I'll keep it short. 1) They got me there under false pretenses, saying they had the car I wanted paragraphs about how awful the service here is, but I'll keep it short. 1) They got me there under false pretenses, saying they had the car I wanted only to get down there and find out it was on their 'other lot', which turned out to be Huntington Beach Mitsubishi. 2) Got down to the other lot only to find out the car I wanted (a white version) was the dealers racing model, which was $40k more than the standard price of the car. 3) Sales person LIED to me about features of the car by showing me a 2011 model and saying everything on it was included in the 2010 model. 4) Was at the dealer for 8 HOURS to purchase a car that the price was already agreed on via email. 5) Didn't even detail the car after the purchase. They gave it a shoddy wash and an apology of 'Sorry, I'm not a detailing guy.' 6) The whole day at the dealer they didn't offer me anything to drink. They said they didn't have any water and nobody there could even give me a dollar for their soda machine (nice customer appreciation, huh?). 7) The gas station where they gave me a fuel credit to ripped me off. I had a $40 gas voucher, they only gave me $20 of gas and called me a liar when I called them out on it. 8) Subsequent appointments with them (there was a scratch on the car at purchase they said they'd fix) were only met with delays and excuses. It took weeks to get done and only because I kept hassling them. 8) I continue to get emails from their unorganized sales manager (who I had been in correspondence with after purchasing the car) asking if I'm still in the market for a car. I wish I would have seen the other bad reviews here before deciding to deal with LB Mitsubishi, as it would have saved me a lot of headaches. They've tainted the excitement of buying a new car and have likely turned me off from ever buying a Mitsubishi again. In short, do yourself a favor and drive a little further to go to a dealer that actually appreciates their customers. This dealership only wants your money and will do anything they can to get it. Long Beach is 6 hours away from where I live, but they were selling 2006 Lancer Evo 9s under invoice (28,999). So I called and talked to the GM and worked out a deal, faxed him my paper work, and he told were selling 2006 Lancer Evo 9s under invoice (28,999). So I called and talked to the GM and worked out a deal, faxed him my paper work, and he told me I was approved at a rate I wanted. So I sell my car the next day, rent a one way rental car, and drive 6 hours to LA. When I get to LA I drop my car off at LAX and call Long Beach to have them come pick me up. One of the sales people answers and rudely tells me its to far (15 min drive) and hangs up. So I am forced to get a taxi and pay $55 to get to the dealership. When I arrive I pick out the car I want and sit down to sign the paper work. The sales person tells me I am not approved for the EVO 9 and I can only purchase the EVO RS. They call the GM I dealt with and he says that he never said I was approved. I ask to speak with a district manager, but they somehow don't have his number and are unable to reach him. While talking to their finance manager he walked away in the middle of our conversation and disappeared in the back not to be seen again. So here I am 6 hours away from home with no car... I break down and get my friend to cosign with me to get approved for the EVO 9 and they come back with 16% interest rate. So after 8+ hours of arguing I leave the dealership with nothing. I am forced to rent another car and drive 6 hours back to Sacramento. I am out of $300 in traveling expenses. The next week I went to a local dealership and was approved for a 2006 Lance Evo 9 in 5 mins at the rate I wanted! I have never been treated so rudely ever! Long Beach Mitsubishi is nothing, but a bunch of liars and crooks. They are not running a dealership they are running a SCAM... More
Whole dealership looks like it's going to be closed in 3 days.Employees walking around with long faces, nobody is truying to help you or even say "hi" to you. Other ones in front of computers playing games days.Employees walking around with long faces, nobody is truying to help you or even say "hi" to you. Other ones in front of computers playing games or just reading something. They didn't even notice when I walked inside the service!! I was in for a simple oil change. Took them 1 hour 20 min to do the work plus 10min for negotiation and imputing data. At the end they didn't even try to put window sticker (reminder) that oil was changed or to give me information what type of oil is inside of my car!!! They will not see my face there ever again !!! This is to anyone who is trying to do business with these guys! Find another dealership and don't waste your time and nerves with this, should I even call this place a dealership? More
