I took my BMW in to get serviced a few weeks ago and our service advisor, Angel, was very knowledgeable and made the process very simple. Although they had no service loaners available at the time, the proc service advisor, Angel, was very knowledgeable and made the process very simple. Although they had no service loaners available at the time, the process was still very easy and my car was done in a timely fashion. Anthony ensured I was able to get a loaner vehicle and have my vehicle serviced sooner than I originally planned for. He had other personnel examine my tires so as to provide me input on whether tires we have my vehicle serviced sooner than I originally planned for.
