I took my car in to have the recalls taken care of, but knew I also had a lot of major issues with my car. Miguel was amazing. After years of trying to save money by not going to BMW to have my car repaire knew I also had a lot of major issues with my car. Miguel was amazing. After years of trying to save money by not going to BMW to have my car repaired, Miguel informed me that my BMW had a SULEV warranty, which covered thousands of dollars of repairs that were needed. Not one of my many mechanics had ever told me about this. Miguel facilitated it all to my great satisfaction and I cannot be more thankful. I had a few more items that needed repair and there was no pressure whatsoever to get it done even though they were working on all the other issues - which cost me nothing. I will now travel 30 miles to go to Long Beach BMW. Honesty is hard to find and with Long Beach BMW and Miguel, I found it. More
