I had a great experience at Long Beach BMW. I was great with friendly Service Advisor Scott Z. I told him the issue and he said they'll check it out and it should be under factory warranty. I received a ca with friendly Service Advisor Scott Z. I told him the issue and he said they'll check it out and it should be under factory warranty. I received a call in he afternoon and said my vehicle is ready and good to go. On top of that I got to drive a 2021 BMW 4 series as a loaner! Nice! But I returned the loaner the next day and got back my BMW and it was in great condition after the service. I'm glad I went to BMW go Long Beach and everyone I encountered from the Parts Dept, Customer Service and Check out! Thank you Scott Z. I'm sure I'll be back to get my routine oil change and maintenance service. More
