I have had my BMW serviced at Long Beach BMW for six years. During this time, Anthony has been my absolutely preferred service advisor. This dealership is the finest I have experienced in so many ways. It is beautiful, clean, welcoming and efficient. Anthony brings the personal and human experience to this. The person that helped me did a brilliant job. My only concern is that the 2 wheels on the right side of car came back came with dents which I find unusual given the care the car is given. Next time I wil concern is that the 2 wheels on the right side of car came back came with dents which I find unusual given the care the car is given. Next time I will bring my camera to take pictures before I leave the vehicle overnight. More

My MINI car battery gave out on a Saturday and the service dept had no available appointments but suggested I drop off my car for service the following Monday. ANTHONY MOORE, the service advisor, wen service dept had no available appointments but suggested I drop off my car for service the following Monday. ANTHONY MOORE, the service advisor, went out of his way to fit me in and check my warranty. My service was finished by closing time and he waited for me to make it back to the dealer to pick up my car. I absolutely appreciate ANTHONY and hope MINI knows his value to their dealership. More
