I sHowed up to the dealership at my scheduled appt. time for JUST a oil change. A nice man took my car key and told me Mr. Domondon was busy with a customer and I can wait inside until he is done and wi time for JUST a oil change. I waited 30 minutes and then went outside to find Mr. Domondon. He had several car fobs and asked what one was mine. Then he said my 2018 with 22,000.miles warranty expired and he did not have time for my car to be serviced. I has bought 2 BMW’s from this dealership and has pretty good service. This was the worst and will not be back. I also encourage most people to NEVER go to this dealership to buy a very expensive car. Ms. Howell More

The person that helped me did a brilliant job. My only concern is that the 2 wheels on the right side of car came back came with dents which I find unusual given the care the car is given. My MINI car battery gave out on a Saturday and the service dept had no available appointments but suggested I drop off my car for service the following Monday. ANTHONY MOORE, the service advisor, wen service dept had no available appointments but suggested I drop off my car for service the following Monday. My service was finished by closing time and he waited for me to make it back to the dealer to pick up my car. I absolutely appreciate ANTHONY and hope MINI knows his value to their dealership. More
