Long Beach MINI SERVICE DEPT Having the car serviced at Long Beach Mini is as pleasant an experience as you can have for an unpleasant necessity! The facility is beautiful and always sparkling clean, the service is always done in a timely fashion with shuttle service and loaner cars available when necessary. The service staff is efficient, friendly, and they never make you feel like a fool, no matter what questions you need to ask about your car. And to top it all off, the waiting area is equipped with a nice large TV screen (for those who care to watch it) and best of all....A LATTE MACHINE!!! (My only complaint is they did away with donuts and popcorn in the waiting area.) I have never left feeling unsatisfied about the service I receive. More
