Servicing my M5 I brought my M5 in for service to Long Beach BMW (where I purchased my car). As usual the service advisory staff is a crack bunch, my advisor Miguel R I brought my M5 in for service to Long Beach BMW (where I purchased my car). As usual the service advisory staff is a crack bunch, my advisor Miguel Rivera is a great guy & I can trust his counsel. This is my favorite BMW dealership & has remained so since my initial contact over a decade ago. The work is always superb... I have only one complaint; BMW has hiked service prices into the stratosphere -- the last time I was in for service I received a quote in the low $300's for a spark plug replacement and that price was up over $600 upon my latest visit (in less than a year). Spark plugs have remained the same price for many many years & inflation accounts for only a small percent of that increase. To be clear, this is a BMW brand issue, not a Long Beach BMW problem... Best Service Advisor! Check engine light went on Monday morning and was able to get an appointment at 3pm that afternoon.
