Pothole brought me down Tore up right front tire when hit pothole while changing lanes in Long Beach. Got to LBBMW and Anthony Moore was immediately available for assistance. Replacement tire not in stock and was ordered and was received same afternoon. Tire was replaced and car realigned. Service was great but better coordination with shuttle is needed when short handed. Review was delayed due to being out of town. More

Worst BMW Dealership Steer clear from the dealership! This is probably the WORST BMW dealership in the South Bay. I purchased a Certified Pre- Owned 320i thinking I could Steer clear from the dealership! This is probably the WORST BMW dealership in the South Bay. I purchased a Certified Pre- Owned 320i thinking I could trust this dealership when they said "no prior accidents." I later find out that the vehicle I purchased was in a prior accident and work was done on the bumper. I tried to get in contact with the GM- no response, then I tried calling BMW customer relations and they emailed the dealership but still- no response. I finally get a hold of a sales manager and he pretty much tells me TS. I tried to explain that this should have been caught during inspection. His response? "I doubt my guys are able to catch that." I could not believe his response. I thought buying a BMW, especially a CPO, meant that it goes through a thorough inspection with the best of the best, but it seems like BMW only hires amateur technicians. If you absolutely have to buy a vehicle here, don't bother buying the maintenance plan. It was the biggest mistake I've made. The service is completely under par for BMW standards. Absolutely no communication between employees/ customers. I tried contacting the Service Manager- no response. I wouldn't waste my time at this dealership. They clearly do not care about customer service and severely lack communication skills. You're better off going to Newport or Irvine BMW instead. Btw LB BMW, Beverly Hills, and Monrovia are all connected so, steer clear. More
Great experience! The final invoice was not as detailed as what they actually did to my car so I had to call back to get some answers. The service counselors here are polite and helpful. They will take care of you and answer your questions. I had a loaner and when I came back they found a sent that I was not aware of. We could have miss it during inspection and they were nice enough not to give me issues about it. More

One needs to call in to reserve loner car in when booking service appt. If you book your service appointment online, there is no option to reserve the loaner car. It was inconvenience. Otherwise it would have been a 4 Stars experience. Also had a detail job on the car at $185. It was a fair job. More
