I'd shopped at a couple of other dealerships, and though Ernesto was the youngest of the salesmen I spoke to, he was the best----honest, sincere, polite, courteous, and no BS. Even at a point at which I wasn't certain that I'd be buying the car from him, he remained polite and courteous----never wavered from that. The only sad part for the dealership is that Ernesto will be going off to attend UCLA Law School in the fall, so that the legal profession's gain will be Long Beach BMW's loss. Phil More

Great customer service from service department I had an oil leak caused by another dealership's use of aftermarket oil filters (non-BMW). Extremely honest, and good value. The mechanics over at Long Beach BMW, did a good job cleaning the engine and replacing the O-rings and aftermarket oil filter, in addition to topping of the oil. Highly recommend the dealership. Dealership was great, my car quality wasn’t. The experiance with the dealership and staff was great. I gave a low rating because of the Certified BMW I purchases. I spent more to get a Certified BMW to have piece of mind. Right when I drove off the lot I already had issues. First just something small like the lighters not working to charge my phone and my phone keeps dropping Then my sunroof malfunctions and my car is exposed to rain. It never really rains, but with my luck it malfunctions the week that its suppose to rain. I call to make an appointment and they tell me I have to wait a week because they didn't have any loaners available. This is my only vehicle so i couldn't do anything but wait. Now I'm just testing every little thing to make sure that there aren't any other problems because I'm not waiting around a week just to get it things fixed. On top of that I paid $6,000 for a 2 year warranty that they still want me to pay a co-pay each time. I had enough with these little issues, especially with no rear camera (this was 100% my fault for not looking) for the amount I spent. I was about to go back an return the car. I looked at the paperwork and noticed that I waived that right to return the car which again was 100% my fault. I should have paid attention, they were just busy and rushed things and i was just excited. I should have just waited and save myself the headache and gotten a new BMW. Bottom line, the experience with the staff and dealership was good. I love the car besides these issues but I probably wont come back to this dealership for my next BMW. I really felt like this was a downgrade from my Acura instead of an upgrade back to a BMW. More

Amazing customer experience. No up selling or pressure and this dealership truly values customer time, satisfaction and experience. Have had many German cars before but my first BMW and the amazing experience i had at this dealership has sure made me a BMW lifer. More
