Great Experience Overall - Highly Recommend Robert! I spoke with Robert on the phone in the morning and ended up test driving the car I was looking at by mid-afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and not pushy whatsoever. When it came to turning my lease in, things got a little more hairy. He was able to go to bat for me and keep pushing and pushing until we finally got a solution that worked. Then as far as financing he was able to work with the financing manager Renny (who was also great) in working out a solution that fit my needs. Overall, in an experience that leaves many people uncomfortable or with a bad taste in my mouth, I had one to brag about...would certainly recommend Robert, Renny, and Long Beach BMW to others. More

Feel Special When I need service the Long Beach BMW Service Department makes the experience pleasant. They are courteous, respectful and informative. Although the price is quite high but then it is a 750 and if I couldn't afford good service, I wouldn't have purchase the vehicle in the first place.
