Don’t buy a BMW i3 from them I have a BMW i3 and needed a charge to get back home but the employee had their personal car on the charger for almost 4 hours and it was at 100% hour I have a BMW i3 and needed a charge to get back home but the employee had their personal car on the charger for almost 4 hours and it was at 100% hours ago. He decided to engage me after I told him and to save face he lied about how long it was there? Bottomline is it was very unprofessional the way it was handled and it seemed the employee wanted to let his buddy get his car charged in front of mine. My lease is up in 3 weeks but guess where I won’t be buying my car. More

In fact, he even recommended us to think over before committing to buy. My son selected a nice car and called him prior to coming to find out if that was available. After getting OK, we went to the dealership and saw a nice sign on the car my son liked, saying "VIP for...my son's name". This was a nice touch - I have never seen something like that done in any BMW or other dealerships. The car was clean, ready to go. A separate thank you to Rafeek Nassief who made this purchase happen. This is a very nice dealership with the employees who care. There is only one concern I want to share - there should be loyalty discounts and professional discounts, such as working for the government, for all types of BMW cars. More
