Great dealership This was my second car here, however the previous person that helped us was no longer there so I asked for a sales person that could help us. We were introduced to Robert Behr, and from the get go Robert was professional and very knowledgeable. He never pressured us or treated us as second class! He did everything he could to help us and even though we were just going to get prices he gave us such a good deal we left with a new 5 series. I was so impressed with his professionalism I told all of my friends if you’re looking for a new car you have to go see Robert at Long Beach BMW! As long as Robert is there, we will always get our cars at Long Beach BMW. Thank you Robert and Long Beach BMW for the hospitality. More

BMW service I took my 328i in because I had a. Service Engine Soon light lit. After paying a large bill I pulled out on the street only to see my engine needs ser I took my 328i in because I had a. Service Engine Soon light lit. After paying a large bill I pulled out on the street only to see my engine needs service light still illuminated. I went back to find out my thermostat was stuck. I took the car elsewhere to replace the thermostat. Over a week later the Service Advisor I worked with called me to tell me they installed the wrong part under a recall and wanted me to bring the car back in. I stated the car was in Arizona and could not be returned. He called the next day to advise me the part installed was OK’d by BMW. Not at all comforting! More

Excellent service New from Australia, bought an old 3 series BMW from another dealer (not BMW). Found the vehicle had two outstanding Airbag recalls and within a week a New from Australia, bought an old 3 series BMW from another dealer (not BMW). Found the vehicle had two outstanding Airbag recalls and within a week a service warning light. Being new to the US and expecting the worst I was blown away by the service provided by Scott and the service team at Long Beach BMW. Nothing was too much trouble, the service was remarkable inexpensive and the Airbags were replaced quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend LB BMW and will get all my servicing done there as they offer a reliable friendly service. More

Excellent service, all around! Customer Service at its BEST! Starting from Service Advisor Miguel Rivera. Very accommodating, compassionate, courteous, always informed me of statu Customer Service at its BEST! Starting from Service Advisor Miguel Rivera. Very accommodating, compassionate, courteous, always informed me of status of my car. Miguel referred me to Customer Relations Mgr.Ms. Jazmine when there was no loaner car available (not until 5 later) and she made ways for me to get a loaner car same day I was there. Wow! That is what you call service, she was understanding of my situation when she found out. To top these all, I did not even get my car from this dealership, (just moved into the area and did not know about them). Got my car from South Bay BMW that provided me lousy service, did not inform me of the BMW Roadside assistance service when i needed it, so I had my car towed by AAA and had to pay for extra miles ($70) and never got reimbursed by South Bay BMW; had to wait long time, all the time I brought my car for service. They told me it was ready but I had to wait more than an hour still, missing my other important appointments. Will NOT recommend them to any of my friends. I will highly recommend LONG BEACH BMW for their excellent customer service. Maybe I could have gotten a better deal from them had I got my car from them. More
