While you wait, there's all kinds of treats and refreshments, including wifi access and a lounge area. There's always time to check out new cars too! Angel was my service rep and he was extremely helpful, printed out the paperwork very quickly and took care of me right away! I love how clean, efficient and pleasant the service center is! Glad I got a BMW service package too because this service was included, so my bill was $0. I prefer the service to be included in payments thab a larger sum at once. Highly recommend that! More

My service advisor, Scott Zamorano, was very easy to work with, explained what I needed and kept me informed while I waited.
