I am extremely puzzled because after my recent service on June 9th at Long Beach BMW when everything was done to my satisfaction - even though it took 3 visits to get the proper adjustment done to my windshi June 9th at Long Beach BMW when everything was done to my satisfaction - even though it took 3 visits to get the proper adjustment done to my windshield wipers, I received several emails over the next few days telling me that I had declined some of the work. They wished to schedule an appointment to have this work done. I did not respond because all the work had been done. Next, i received three phone calls saying that they were from the dealership indicating the same thing - not all the work had been done and I should make an appointment to do the remaining work. This was extremely irritating and if it happens again, I will no longer be a customer of yours. More

This place is great. Took my 2017 650i gran coupe in for sos problems and Brian took care of it and some other things found with the car inspection. They really go through a full car inspection. James was great to work with - made sure all work under maintenance was completed and my Mini was returned to me in a timely manner. Everyone at Long Beach Mini was great! straightforward deal ! deal or no deal ! I waited for 3 hours to get my new car . Could have been a much more pleasant experience . I arrived at the dealer at 5 as what my appt was set and go I waited for 3 hours to get my new car . Could have been a much more pleasant experience . I arrived at the dealer at 5 as what my appt was set and got out of the dealership at 9 . didn't have a chance to think about the extended warranty I signed for . on second thought , I would have just not gotten it . I was so tired that nigh having coming from work and stayed up so late . My overall experience with Hadi was great , I know it was his fault on that long wait . Hadi was so helpful and is not the type of person who go back and forth to get you the deal you want . I have been my last 3 BMWs on a competitor dealership and now am so glad that I have choose to get my 3rd x3 at LB BMW . Looking forward to doing business with you in the future and will surely refer your dealership to other people . Continue to be as upfront and make people feel you want business but not to the extent that people feel they are being taken advantage of ….. esp. a woman buyer like me , LOL ! More
