I’m usually never to write a negative review but its better to let people know and warn them of the type of service this dealership provides to their customers. I recently purchased a new BMW X5 from th better to let people know and warn them of the type of service this dealership provides to their customers. I recently purchased a new BMW X5 from this dealership and been happy with the car so far, but the issue is with the Long Beach BMW finance department. Make sure to do your research before purchasing their warranty. The finance manager Gina sold me an extended warranty that was overpriced for the deal. I didn’t know it at the time, but after doing extensive research on the warranty after I purchased it, I realized I was conned in buying an expensive warranty. The reason I give this dealership a one star is that it’s almost impossible to talk to someone about the warranty. I attempted to reach their finance department for almost two weeks now and it seems no one is at the finance office. Whenever I call the dealership, Marie (receptionist) directs my call to the finance department but I’m on the phone for 3 minutes with no answer until it hangs up. When I try to call back to reach the finance department again, Marie ignores my calls and automatically sends my call to an automated ring tone. This has been happening for the past two weeks and I can’t reach anyone from the finance department to cancel my warranty. Long Beach BMW dealership makes it impossible for you to talk to anyone from their finance department. They say I will get a call back, but I never hear back from them. I’m still trying to reach them, and they’re still ignoring my call. More
