Fort Worth Mitsubishi is a crappie company. I traded out of a 2022 for a 2024 Outlander they ran my credit 17 times even tho, I had already told him who was financing the vehicle for me. When, I called him on it his only reply was well didn't you get the a new vehicle... and, I have been calling ever since to speak to a manger cause they are the only ones that can fix it....Jarrett Dean you are a horrible person with your smart mouth....Karma is real.... if you need a vehicle don't walk run from this dealership. Poor management! More

The sale was great but service after the sale has been awful! There is a definite disconnect once the sale is made. 6 weeks after trade in my old vehicle is still not paid off and now I am receiving late awful! Dealer tags have expired and still no tags from the state. Staff are rude when you call. I would never recommend this dealership! Go somewhere they will provide service even after the sale. More

Paid $500 for two break pads and 2 rotors. completely insane went in for a break job and only got 2 breaks out of the 4.
