Initially I thought maybe I’d found a good dealer. We purchased two new vehicles in one week. For the Tundra they gave me one key to start the truck and when I asked about the other they said I could We purchased two new vehicles in one week. For the Tundra they gave me one key to start the truck and when I asked about the other they said I could pick it up in a few days. After a week I was told Toyota would mail me one. WARNING: certain models from Toyota only come with a single key, with the second to be delivered 8-12 months later. This dealer was not truthful, and has since ignored my attempts to come to an agreement. One key for a new vehicle is unacceptable. I guess this place is no different in terms of being dishonest and rude once a sale is made. More
