We’ve been looking around for a very specific new (to us) vehicle and our search landed us at Toyota of Lewisville. I called the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available and Garret answered the p vehicle and our search landed us at Toyota of Lewisville. I called the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available and Garret answered the phone and let us know that it was and asked us when we thought we could come in. I let him know the following day would be best since it was the end of the day for us. Our sales person, Iliana, followed up with a message and we stayed in contact throughout that evening and into the next day. She answered all my questions and concerns right away and was nothing short of amazing! We drove to the dealership in our trade-in and met Iliana and took the new truck for a spin around the lot to get a feel for the vehicle, then came back in and discussed our options and budget. In no time all our budget numbers were met and we were ready to sit down with financing to nail down a loan. Because we were pre-approved, our Apr was matched and we signed off on everything as soon as we could. We transferred our things from the old truck to the new one right away and we drove off in our new truck! I have to say, I’ve NEVER had such a smooth and relaxed time while buying a car and will 100% recommend Iliana to anyone buying a new or used vehicle at this location! She was patient with our family and always had a smile on her face. We all enjoyed being there and had a great time! Now who would ever think that about buying a car! More
Service results were good and staff friendly. Ran longer than ETA given by multiple hours, and I had to ask myself for updates. They did generously provide lunch and discount on services though. I don’t even know where to start. Mauricio, my service advisor, is the BEST service advisor I’ve ever met! I own 2 Lexus vehicles and have them serviced at Park Place Lexus. Mauricio out did Park Place Lexus service by MILES!! I called to have my truck repaired for rodent damage on my truck’s wiring harness. I went thru insurance and scheduled a tow. I made a mistake and had the vehicle towed at the wrong Toyota dealer in Grapevine. I reached out to Mauricio and he was kind enough to cover the tow to his dealership, Lone Star Toyota. Although Mauricio was out the day the truck was dropped off, he had me get in touch with Service Manager, Robert, who took down my information and delivery of my truck. I stopped by the following day because Mauricio had reserved a loaner vehicle. Immediately upon arriving, Mauricio shook my hand and was so professional, informing me of the steps to come. He treated me like family and kept me informed throughout the entire process and didn’t skip a beat. He understood that I was very particular and meticulous of my truck, as it was heavily modified. The master technician that Mauricio got together with, Beto, also took his time to look over the truck thoroughly and perfected even the smallest details and modifications that I did to the wiring. My Tundra has a Magnuson Supercharger, with an upgraded Fuel system package, bigger injectors, custom enclosed Cold Air Intake, and a 2 gallon heat exchanger tank with a custom Vibrant washer bottle kit. Needless to say, Beto's meticulous approach to removing non-factory components to access the wiring harness was truly impressive. He took his time to ensure everything was installed correctly and even took the initiative to perfect some modifications I had previously made on my truck. Beto also asked Mauricio to reach out to me and offer wrapping the harness with rodent repellent tape. Beto mentioned that his past customer have had success so I went ahead and moved forward to have it added on. These guys worked hand in hand as a team. Mauricio, Beto, thank you! I can't speak highly enough of this dealership. From the moment I arrived, yall’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident. Mauricio, you provided invaluable guidance and support throughout the process, and that speaks very highly of you! Thank you again! Special thanks to everyone at the service drive for their prompt and attentive assistance. The seamless teamwork set the tone for the exceptional service I received for my truck! I'll definitely be returning for any future truck repairs, knowing I'll be in the hands of experts who genuinely care. This dealership truly deserves recognition for their outstanding service! After dealing with GM service for last 20 years never have I seen such a well trained service department as this well. Everyone pitches in from service advisors to the service manager. The prices seem to consistently be quite high. They are very professional but seem to be geared toward promoting the ideal maintenance work rather than the required work. I prefer a dealer that separates the must-have from the optional. I bought my car from them, but they consistently fail to identify items that need to be fixed. They also pass on the 3% credit transaction fee if you pay with credit card. I expect basic car wash or basic bells and whistles after buying my car there and paying what i pay to them. Once i arrived for service, they started texting me to try to sell another car. Bad approach for my loyalty. More
