The service was great but Mike should tell his customer’s what kind of oil he is putting in your car or truck. I didn’t ask for full synthetic oil but that’s what he put in my truck. I had an appointment for 9 am. When I got there no one came out to greet me or take my name. After a few minutes I asked a lady with a car in front of me if she had been helped. She said she had been ther came out to greet me or take my name. After a few minutes I asked a lady with a car in front of me if she had been helped. She said she had been there for five minutes and seen no one. After a few more minutes we asked one of the men who drove the cars to the shop if anyone was there. He said he would go in and try to find someone. By this time a third car had arrived and the gentleman asked me where everyone was after waiting a few minutes. Finally at that point a service advisor came out to assist the first car. A few minutes later a young lady came out and said the service Advisors’s were all busy but she would take my information so I could go She took my name and found my information but had my land line listed. I gave her my cell and she said the service advisor would call me in few minutes with what was needed. I then left with my wife in our other car and we shopped until 11am. By then I was upset that it had been two hours and I hadn’t heard anything. I called the dealership and after about five minutes a lady said they dad sent a text previously to my land line which obviously hadn’t gone through. She said they would send me a text on my cell phone with what needed done and for me to mark what I agreed to and sent it back. I still hadn’t talked to the service advisor. Around 11:40 I remembered I hadn’t told anyone about a coupon I had and called the service advisor’s direct line that had been on the text. The phone rang over 20 times without anyone answering or rolling over to anyone else. I finally gave up. Later between 1 and 2 I tried again and the service advisor picked up right away. He said the car was nearing completion and at the very worst would be ready by 3:30. I told him I would be there between 4 and 5 to make sure it was done. I got there at 4 and paid the bill and the advisor Stefan said the car would be right out. I went outside to wait for my car and after 10 minutes went back in and asked where my car was. He said it was just coming out of the wash and should be there any minute. I went back out to wait and another car had driven in for service. No one had come out to greet him. He asked where everyone was and said he had to wait a long time the week before Finally at 1:25 twenty five minutes after I arrived my car was brought out. More
