I have lost the the best service writer ever. Having to start over , giving them a shot at regaining my confidence in quality work . I have had some questionable recommendations in the past . Found a used car online. Test Drove it, sat down, let them run my credit. All of a sudden the car had a $3300 Dealer Adjustment Fee, and $2000 Protection package. Asked them to remove it and re-do the nu them run my credit. All of a sudden the car had a $3300 Dealer Adjustment Fee, and $2000 Protection package. Asked them to remove it and re-do the number for the financing. The would not remove it and then got argumentative. They lost the sale. Walked out, they obviously don't need my business. More
