I was greeted and taken care of quickly. I was in for a maintenance check. I made an appt at 9:30 and arrived at 9:20. At 10:30 I walked over to the building where oil changes are done. My car was in th maintenance check. I made an appt at 9:30 and arrived at 9:20. At 10:30 I walked over to the building where oil changes are done. My car was in the garage with the hood up. I figured it would be 20 minutes so I walked back to the waiting area. At 11:15 I walked back to where my car was and saw that it was still in the bay but the hood was down. The garage door in front of my car was also down and there was nobody in sight. I went back to waiting area and returned to the oil change area at 12:00. My car was still in the bay with door closed. There were many people in and out and nobody asked If I. Needed help. After standing there for 15 minutes I again walked back to the waiting area. At 12:25 someone finally went to retrieve my car and brought it around. I was very frustrated. I was there over 3 hours for an oil change and a bulb change. I am not happy! More
I've dealt with this dealership since it opened and have had very few issues, but this morning, it was like a completely different place. They were busy, so I was waiting to get a service rep to help me. All I got was one lacky yelling at me that I had to move my vehicle because I was blocking the entry. I told him as soon as I was helped by a service rep I would move it. There was no one behind me. He finally got someone to come over, and he repeated the same thing. He would not take 5 seconds to even listen as to why I was there. I had to get the General Manager involved to get anyone to listen to why I was there. Once I got someone to listen to me, it took 5 minutes to fix and I was gone. If that is what they call customer service these days. I can easily take my business elsewhere and let as many people as I can know about it as well. More
The dealership is great. I have not had any issues with them in the past but now it feels like they're having labor problems like everyone else. Wait times are over 2 hours for simple oil change after app them in the past but now it feels like they're having labor problems like everyone else. Wait times are over 2 hours for simple oil change after appointment. Prices are through the roof. Don't remember paying upwards of 60$ for an oil change ever in any of my cars. Now they dont even provide a car rinse after service which every other dealership gives. Don't think will be going back since there's nothing special they're providing for me to go there. More

On the other hand, the dealership experience was like any other dealer now and days, you have to choose who screws you the least and feeds you the least xx and you reluctantly go with them. (Classic BMW now Sewell BMW was just as bad) The BAD: Lone Star Toyota plays the same old back and forth xx games between you and upper sales I experience the same tactics that many customers have complained about in Facebook, the xx extra add on charges, the pushing for newer vehicles, the "talk" with the manager, the half-xxx "detail" at delivery, had to pay 2k for a dealer charge that the only thing I could see on the carfax was for a brake job any other thing done to the car was not disclosed, etc. The Good: Very nice, open and clean facilities, excellent waiting space with a lot of drinks and snacks, courteous staff, I got above average trade-in value. (better than Autotrader and KBB) Unfortunately, we are living in tough times, cars are very hard to find for a "decent " price so we are at the mercy of the supplier. Would I recommend this dealer, Not really but they had the truck I wanted for a better price than anyone else? Would I come back to get another car from James, Absolutely More
