It was easy to book the appt online, Luis attended to me right away, the waiting room was comfortable and not crowded, service was conduc my 4Runner. I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser from Lone Star Toyota in Lewisville, Texas. The vehicle was purchased from their stock inventory and took approximately six weeks to arrive. Once it arrived, the vehicle was missing a cooper of minor option items which the dealer assured me that they would obtain and install. I did not have any issues with the purchase process and found that the sales person (Kim) was very helpful and cordial. I did pay a dealer add-on premium or market adjustment for the vehicle but, unless one wants to wait until all the hype goes away, it seems that all the dealers are adding on market adjustments to these new Land Cruisers. I would recommend this dealer to any prospective buyer. More

Purchased new Tacoma from Lone Star less than 4 years ago. Dealer added and installed Tonneau cover for a fee - part of agreed upon deal. Also purchased an extended warranty from the dealer at the same t ago. Dealer added and installed Tonneau cover for a fee - part of agreed upon deal. Also purchased an extended warranty from the dealer at the same time. The cover’s now broken, and I’m told cannot be repaired. Also not covered by the warranty because not Toyota OEP (failure to cover via warranty should have been mentioned at time of purchase). Dealer offered to sell and install a new one for $1,800. Not happy with Lon Star. More
