My visit to Lone Star Toyota was because my brakes started squealing/squeaking. Stefan (who was the only person I dealt with) informed me that I was due for my regular service check as well. After initial check, Stephan explained what was needed and asked if I wanted to have that done at this time, to which I agreed while I was there. The wait time was not bad since I arrived late in the day. Stefan explained my bill in detail, even though it was late.
