A few months back I took our 2013 Toyota Sienna van to the new Plano dealership on hwy 121. Told them that the DVD player is not working. But could be the radio/nav unit as well. The service advisor said the new Plano dealership on hwy 121. Told them that the DVD player is not working. But could be the radio/nav unit as well. The service advisor said they don't make parts for my van after 5 or 6 yrs.. I said no & left upset. 3 weeks our washer wiper motor went out. We have a extended warranty which they fixed the wiper motor, but I asked again about the radio/nav unit and the DVD player not working together. This different service Advisor told me they don't make parts for my van after 7 or 8 yrs. They flat out lied and just didn't want to even try to work on it, even though I have a extended warranty that will cover it. Now I have gone to the Lewisville Lone Star Toyota dealership and service Advisor Fatima and the service manager Rob both have taken excellent care of our van. They have install a new radio navigation unit. And they checked the DVD player to make sure it's good and we now found out the video display monitor for the movies has gone bad and they are working with me and the extended warranty company to get that fixed too. So if you need your Toyota to be fixed/worked on, go to the Lewisville Lone Star Toyota dealership and ask for Fatima the service advisor. Her and Rob and everyone there in service and the technicians in the back are very nice and very professional. More

He is very kind, caring and experienced, he understood our needs and gave the best recommendations and helped us a lot to go home with the car in the same visit. Also Eric did a really good job in finding us the best plans and options for the car. Both of them helped us a lot and the people in this are very friendly, highly recommending it! More

I went to about 10 different dealerships looking for a new car. Lone Star Toyota was the only one that actually wanted to sell a car. I told them what I wanted and what I had to work with. Zero stars if I could. Went to buy a Tacoma yesterday, John and cash (btw not their real names) jerked me around most of the day and were very rude and disrespectful. Havin Went to buy a Tacoma yesterday, John and cash (btw not their real names) jerked me around most of the day and were very rude and disrespectful. Having to make three trips and hour each way… price online shows 36k , I got there they showed a price of 47k on a sr5 model… I showed him the paper of his listing off the website and then said it’s 38k, finally get down to msrp and then they weren’t willing to make a deal. Mind you I’m buying in cash (no financing) anyways I end up leaving and going back to work. Get a call at 7pm telling me to come back and they would do the 35.5k I was willing to pay… then when I got there the price changed again. Manager called told me to come back for 35.5k, when I tried to reach a few minutes later his phone went to voicemail and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Wasted my whole day from 12-8pm going back and forth for nothing. The snarky comments made by the salesmen were unprofessional and should never even been said. I’ve bought over 10+ brand new cars in cash and I’ve never dealt with a dealership or staff like this. Go to any other Toyota dealer in the area besides this one, you’ll have a much better experience and won’t get jerked around. Called me Saturday and told me the truck was sold when it’s still on the lot with no pending sales. Told me if I wanted it the price would be higher now without any reason. Pressured me into deleting my review, I agreed deleted it. They called me back said thank you and we won’t be selling you the truck. and then told me they have someone else buying the. So guess what take your one star. Scammy dealership… will be contacting Toyota north America as we speak. Got a case filed and I’m sure they’ll be hearing about it. If you want to be mistreated given 7 different prices, told lies about %7 Financing rate when Toyota shows 3.99. That’s doesn’t even matter though as I was buying in cash. Surprised one deal over less than $1000 caused the whole dealership to go against me, threaten me, lie, and just be overall scummy. Oh and John & cash I made sure to include a complaint against both of you to Toyota North America specifically. More
I went back to this dealership to look for a new truck. To my surprise I was taken care of very well and ending up buying a truck. I had a bad time on my last visit under the old ownership. See my review for each department at this dealership below.. Sales: they up sell with incredible markups on their new vehicles. I had to pay $2k for dealership installed options among which they quot below.. Sales: they up sell with incredible markups on their new vehicles. I had to pay $2k for dealership installed options among which they quoted windows tinting. When I looked up Toyota standard options for the vehicle I bought it by default had the window tinting. When I asked the same to the sales associate, she said “No that’s not true”. Are you kidding? I even showed her the standard options on the vehicles from the paperwork. Moreover she tried to make me sign a contract on a base level trim without even asking me if I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I clearly mentioned her I am looking for a mid level trim at the beginning. They try to pull all the tricks from their training/experience. said I could install leather seats later on. Her name is Yaela. Avoid her at all costs. They never work with customers nor put efforts to understand customers requirements. They say my car is ready for pick she called me around 3 and said I need to come the same day to pick the car up as that’s part of the policy. I said that cannot happen. I live 45 mins and I had appointments for later that evening. If customer waited 4-5 days on you to deliver the car, is that not fair on dealership to wait one evening for customers to come back the next day to come pick up the car. Another worst trick from sales. This shows how eager they are to make the customer sign the final paper work. The next day I show up she was rushing me to visit finance to sign the paperwork when I was carefully checking for any defects for the vehicle before purchase. I bet she is the worst kind of sales person from customer standpoint. You know what kind I am talking about, the kind who wants you to sign the paper and don’t care a s**t about what you get and how you get. I Wonder if these are things what make them good sales person for the dealership. Finance: they are the worst. They try to sell you all kinds of maintenance plans on top of the vehicle. I was smart enough to avoid the extended warranty but I was fooled to get the prepaid maintenance plan. They simply cannot take NO for an answer. They keep trying to get you sign the plan along with the purchase. This plan is subject to cancellation and since I live far away, I tried several times to reach finance over the phone. After my I think 20th attempt I finally spoke to Adnan from finance who promised to send me the cancellation form over email and simply asked me to send that back filling all the required information along with odometer reading. It has been two weeks but that did not happen. Service: Upon purchasing the vehicle I stopped by to make the first maintenance appointment to which the young lady over the counter said I could do it later by calling since it is after 6 months. Seriously?? The customer just bought a freaking car from your dealership and you couldn’t help the customer schedule an appointment when the customer was there in person? I wonder what lever of customer service training she had before sitting in that chair.. I’d say none. Pro tip: never buy from this location if you live far away from the dealership. They never respond to phone calls. More
I was waiting for service technician Carlos to discuss the diagnostic report for my Prius C hybrid. The Prius C needed a new Hybrid Batttery Pack. While waiting Ronnie Smith asked if I was intereste the diagnostic report for my Prius C hybrid. The Prius C needed a new Hybrid Batttery Pack. While waiting Ronnie Smith asked if I was interested in buying a car. I was thinking about that, but wanted more information. We chatted about my needs in a vehicle and the issues I had the Prius C. He looked at his screen and mentioned there were two Toyota RAV 4 in the lot. He brought the silver one over for me to test drive. Afterward we discussed price. I wanted a less costly vehicle & wanted to test drive the white RAV 4. After the test drive , we talked price and financing. Ronnie Smith was helpful, moved quickly to complete the sale, introduce me to the finance person, transfer my possessions from the Prius C to the new pre-owned RAV 4, drive me to the Enterprise Rental Office at Huffines Dodge/ Jeep Lot to return the rental car and bring me back to Lone Star Toyota to pick up his car before the dealership closed.
