She was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming—the perfect balance you hope for in a sales consultant. She took the time to really qualify us, understand our family’s needs, and make sure we were choosing the right vehicle, not just a vehicle. The exact Grand Highlander with the trim package we wanted wasn’t on the lot, but that didn’t slow things down at all. Gabriela immediately worked to locate the exact vehicle we wanted at another location and personally coordinated getting it brought in so we could take care of everything today. The new Lone Star Toyota is a breath of fresh air as compared to several years ago under the previous management.Back then (around the 2017-2018 timeframe) Lone Star had a completely unprofessional (pun compared to several years ago under the previous management.Back then (around the 2017-2018 timeframe) Lone Star had a completely unprofessional (punk) kid named “Brian” in the service department who was a complete jerk that would try to “intimidate” (which he failed miserably at) people who came in with questions about their new vehicles (I’m hoping that I got him fired over it). That said - all of the current service people are beyond professional and make the experience smooth and enjoyable each and every time! Hats off to whomever it was that changed the atmosphere in the Lone Star service department. You’ve done a great job and deserve great recognition! More
