I would not have any service performed at this dealer. We took our 2021 jeep gladiator for a routine oil change and two year check up three weeks later we told its ready. When I checked the oil level I was shocked it was not changed nothing in fact was done no air filters no nothing as required,we called and were told to return asap and it would be done. So we took it back and they kept it for three months saying that they found a coolest leak and were waiting on a clamp.also stated the reason we had it there was a reported coolest leak. Lies and put a 100 miles on our jeep also damaged front steering dampener and stabilizer ruined the motor by putting a unknown coolent fluid which we confirmed with an electrolysis test 7.5 as should be 2.5 bent the rear bupper and ruined the floor carpet due to having water and sand cigarette butts under floor matts and now is moldy and used the wrench which was not spooled correctly and our Control is now missing. At the time we took it back they did not put it In thesystem for for 10 days which we were called liers because there paperwork did not match our concerns. Well the loaner vehicle paperwork proved the service department as the liers. Also our unconnect service was canceled during the time and it was not logged in there system which they denied also. No help no we had to have it flatbed to another dealer which verified the problems and replaced the steering parts under warranty however it cost us $900.00 thereabouts out of pocket for services that were nessary to do so. What a horrible experience never take any thing to them not even a baby stroller there not to be trusted. More

Brought both of my vehicles there and service was excellent and price was very good as well. Very professional people working there. They did not have a long wait time either. I had a power steering excellent and price was very good as well. Very professional people working there. They did not have a long wait time either. I had a power steering pump , valve covers and an exhaust leak fixed in 4 days. That was fast. Well 👍 done More

I took my truck to get work done and I spent 1500 dollars plus 100dollars on a tow to get it there and they still didn’t fix problem. xxxxxxxxx. So second time I had to take it back and of course it was there fault on the head lamps but still couldn’t figure out the lose of power for engine. So I’m out 1600 dollars. Guys don’t take your trucks or cars in they will get you . And Herman from service department is an idiot More
Took 8 days to get my vehicle looked at - then dealership refused to honor the powertrain warranty - so no repair - but while vehicle was at dealership - truck was broken into - with over $6,000 of construct refused to honor the powertrain warranty - so no repair - but while vehicle was at dealership - truck was broken into - with over $6,000 of construction tools/equipment stolen. Dealership refused to accept any responsibility - in spite of fact - they admitted to leaving truck unlocked. I would not take anything there for service - very poor communication, absolutely no ethics and completely dishonest - worst dealership experience ever - buyer beware - I recommend using any other dealership More
Took my 2016 Cherokee sport in for a oil change Lone Star dodge hi 35. Ask if they could check cabin air filter . They called and said it needed replacing. I discover filter installed backwards and filter panel left askew with only one retaining tab fastened properly also sound deadening panel under dash damaged Very bad service I am loyal Jeep Customer expect a full refund...
