We were told that our oil pump needed to be replaced based off of a diagnosis that we brought in from a local O'reilly parts store. We took our vehicle to two other dealerships, who actually put our tru based off of a diagnosis that we brought in from a local O'reilly parts store. We are very disappointed as we feel that Lone Star was only trying to get business and did not put me the customer FIRST. Times are very hard for people right now... Struggling to make ends meet and for you guys to quote almost three thousand dollars for something that was not needed is very disappointing!!! More
