I know your response has to seem professional and caring to online viewers but unless your going to offer a portion of my money back theres really nothing more to converse about. It's not the fact that I got ripped off that makes me angry... it's the fact that I brought my wife and 4 year old to make the 200 mile journey with me and I basically had them on the side of a busy highway in a vehicle whos condition was misrepresented to me. Since when does a car make it throught Loan Star Chevrolet service department and get a clean bill of health on fluid levels and the engine is MISSING the oil level dip stick?
