I was with my baby and they made sure that we all are safe and get out with our car perfectly serviced. If you want terrible service after your purchase. you have come to the right dealership. We purchased the service option with my new suv. The first oil change and fix of seat rattle took over 1 week af have come to the right dealership. We purchased the service option with my new suv. The first oil change and fix of seat rattle took over 1 week after repeated calls by me - no one called me. I just scheduled my 2nd appt. and was told no loaner vehicles and I am going to have to wait. The most important criteria to me is service after a purchase. Huge fail by Garland Cadillac. You need to take lessons from Carl Sewell. I will make sure to share this with all my friends, too. Will buy another Lexus or Mercedes next time. More
Took my vehicle to the dealership because the check engine light was on. They diagnosed it as having two bad turbos. I dropped my car off on a monday and they didn't know what was wrong with it till We engine light was on. They diagnosed it as having two bad turbos. I dropped my car off on a monday and they didn't know what was wrong with it till Wednesday. The service associate Jeorge told me they had to order the part and it would take about 2 to 3 days after they get the part. I called the next monday just to get a progress report. I was told he would call me back after he had spoke with the mechanic. I received no call at all. The following Wednesday I called again to check on the status. He informed me he didn't know that the motor needed to be raised to do the job. Then he tells me the head gaskets might be bad. My response was I thought you guys ran a diagnostic to know what was exactly wrong with it. After telling me it was one thing and not everything from the beginning is fraud. I was lied to about the length and the severity of job. I'm just looking for good service that is honest and straight forward. More
