Monday came and the service department didn't saw my car.... Tuesday in and they told me that they will charge the battery and then diagnose..... Wednesday was the funniest answer I ever get( The technician who is checking my car has a day off and they don't have any other one to look at it) Thursday....they told that they changed the battery and my car is ready Friday I was checking with the supervisor if everything is been taking care of...and his answer was You Didn't Mention That You Also Want To Change The Oil!!!!🤣🤣 Definitely the worst service department I ever saw More
I bought a GMC Yukon Denali 2021 here and the engine went out the same day when i took it home. This was very disappointing but they at least made it right and cancelled the contract. Initially i felt like out the same day when i took it home. This was very disappointing but they at least made it right and cancelled the contract. Initially i felt like maybe they could have vetted the vehicle more but others i've talked to say that is just how it goes sometimes you can't tell if they have existing problems until the symptoms are on full display. This dealership blatantly and unapologetically conducts deceptive advertising. I went to the dealership on Monday, November 27 after speaking with the sales person on the phone, responding to a used Jee deceptive advertising. I went to the dealership on Monday, November 27 after speaking with the sales person on the phone, responding to a used Jeep Grand Cherokee advertised for just under $27k. When I got there, I learned the dealer added a $1,495 make ready fee, along with $1,895 for paint protector, nitrogen for tires and a tracking service. A classic bait and switch. There was no reason for the sales person to not tell me this other than to dupe me to come in to the showroom. Their plan in my instance was to advertise the car at a price that appears to offer value, only to tell customers upon checkout that the price is not the price. Their defense is to tell you that you did not read the fine print. No mention of these charges in any fine print other than standard disclosure in cars.com Again, I had a lengthy conversation with the salesman prior to arrival. It is a unscrupulous marketing tactic and I strongly suggest asking for a full listing of fees before going to the dealership. These guys are just not smart about conducing business. They end up making sales from buyer exhaustion as opposed to honoring what they advertise and fostering a long standing r-ship with customers. Not only did they lose a sale to me, they incentivize people like me to warn others of their unethical manner of drawing traffic to their dealership. I purchased a similar Jeep from Don Davis Nissan, a dealership whose price is actually the price - no gimmicks, no hiding the pea. I gave the dealership the opportunity to make amends and honor what they advertised. They arrogantly declined and blamed me. I told them I would share my experience. I will never do business with Lonestar Cadillac and would suggest others avoid doing business with them given my terrible experience. More
Horrible dealership to work with. Was in communication all day for a specific car, only to make an almost hour drive out there to find out they had "just sold my car". Either they are liars about the availability or just had no respect for my time. Would not recommend working with their sales team. More

I would not recommend to my closet enemy. One would think by it being a Cadillac Company that I would get the Cadillac treatment. I purchased a vehicle on Monday and picked it up this past Friday 7/28/23. As an Air Force Veteran/Afghan War Veteran I did not expect to not be protected by the same people/businesses that I put my life on the line to protect. My entire life literally flashed before my eyes yesterday afternoon as the car swerved lane to lane before it jumped off the highway into the grass due to a blowout 7/29/23 in Terrell,Tx traveling home to Jefferson,Tx. The only thing that saved my fiancé and 5 children(16,13,8,3,&2mo) from flipping over was the median in the road which caused the vehicle to slow down before it entered the grass. My family was okay just shaken up emotionally pretty bad .The vehicle suffered minor but major damage. I called Lone Star Cadillac while waiting for AAA to see what could be done and they denied any fault and told me it could have been anything that caused the blowout because they due a thorough inspection and every car has new tires. If that’s the case why does my vehicle have different tire brands? You seriously mean to tell me within 24 hours a vehicle that you sent through a top notch inspection has a blowout. No way possible and to act unconcerned with what I had just experienced. I would recommend to any one. I paid 20k cash for my vehicle and to be treated like trash; is very xxxx poor and below standard. I’m not sure how you feel about money but 20k isn’t light on my finances. I was so frustrated with the second manager who got on the phone that I hung up and did not receive a phone call back. Everyone knows how much the car dealership calls you when they trying to get your business but why no phone calls after you received my business and the experience my family just suffered after leaving your lot with 24hrs. If they treat Veterans this way then; what makes you feel like you’re going to be treated any better. They have left a very bad taste in my mouth and caused me more expenses. More

We recently bought a 2023 Escalade Sport. We were lied to about rear entertainment being the same as originals , got some cheap knock off ones. The management team did not want to refund the money even though they were at fault, said that they already had paid for the aftermarket screens and did not make it right for us. We were always assured it would be the originals screens therefore we did not ask no further questions. If aftermarket was never mentioned that wouldve of been a deal breaker for us. I will not be recommending this dealership in the future to none of my colleagues. More
Took it in for a sound coming from door panel& cracked infotainment screen. No exhaust leaks, but replaced exhaust anyway. Sound turned out to be stereo amplifier, not exhaust. Replaced the whole stereo v infotainment screen. No exhaust leaks, but replaced exhaust anyway. Sound turned out to be stereo amplifier, not exhaust. Replaced the whole stereo vs just the screen. Cost $2700 total + tax. Feel like I got ripped off, especially on the $1500 stn stl exhaust that had no leaks. More
