I apologized for the mess and offered to clean it and you told me you would take care of it. I also said I would address the floor mat getting dirty and cleanliness with the technicians. I walked back into the shop and talked with them. We have some new techs that are still in training and we are working on things with them. Out of goodwill we paid for half the kick panel that was scratched and the reason we did half was because the passenger side one is all scratched up as well which we didn't even touch that side so to try and blame us for the scratches seeing how the other side was I didn't think it was entirely fair. Again I am sorry for the floor mats being dirty and I had no problem cleaning it.

I am sorry you felt that your service wasn't good enough. You came in and had oil leaking from the valve cover gaskets and coolant leaking from the upper radiator hose and t-connector we replaced those under warranty per Ford warranty we drove it put it back in the air and checked it no more leaks were present you came and got it and took the vehicle. then a day or two later you call because you can't keep coolant in the truck its just pouring out we send a tech out to you and find that your water pump blew up. Your water pump wasn't leaking when we did the initial repair it never would have made it to your house or on our test drive with the way it was leaking coolant. We got it back into the shop and fixed the water pump under warranty and got it back to you before you left for your vacation so you could tow with it.
