This is the second time this dealership did recall work on two different vehicles, when I got the vehicles back there was a pile of dirt and stones on the drivers side floor. One vehicle they scratched the interior, when brought to their attention all I get is “ sorry”. No respect for the vehicles they are servicing. I’ve used this dealership for over 25 years, bought several vehicles there, I can no longer recommend Lombard Ford. I am very disappointed how they have treated us, we will need to find a new dealership to service our vehicles. James Lagassie More

I called to cancel and purchase another ESP for the vehicle I traded for. Emma canceled the remaining time on my first warranty and applied my refunded amount to my new purchase. The process was seamless! I am now covered in my new to me F250. I will be calling Emma back to purchase another ESP for my wife’s new 2023 Ford Explorer! No other dealer comes to mind for me except Emma and Lombard Ford for my ESP needs ! More

I have nothing, but great things to say about Lombard Ford! I like the home like atmosphere there and everyone there is very cordial, friendly and don't try to aggressively sell you a lot of things. It's a different atmosphere than any dealership I've been to in all honesty. Mr. Lombard, Mike Manns, Mark Jones, Kyle Greenberg and Drew Paris all have been straight shooters and make you feel at ease. They're all terrific. I don't mind driving from far away (live in Agawam MA) to get my Camry serviced there! More
It was time to do oil change and check our 2016 vehicle out to keep it running properly. We easily schedule this service and to our surprise within a few days. Didn't have to wait very long though I enjoyed reading while waiting - just missed the coffee which was there before pandemic. Great service, experience team in a relaxed friendly environment. More
