As usual Larry provided excellent service. I was in a bind because my Fusion 2010 started to make a whining noise and I needed the car for a trip in just a couple of days. When I brought in the car on Friday Larry had one of the senior technicians take a ride with me to identify the problem. Then Larry scheduled the repair for Tuesday, the day after Labor day. I was able to pick up the car at noon on Tuesday. which was a great relief. The repair was done under warranty with no charge to me. More
I had a total brake job done ,at least I paid for it, and I had a problem as soon as I pulled out of the lot! They told me to give it a little bit of time to get used to it and to give them a call back in a I had a problem as soon as I pulled out of the lot! They told me to give it a little bit of time to get used to it and to give them a call back in a week. When that week was up, I almost ROLLED MY CAR!!!! I was on 2 tires going around a bend coming off the highway. Guess what..... NO BRAKES!!!!!!I brought it back and they said it was fine. Just a little air in the line! OK! Well I still had problems! I finally took it elsewhere and they didn't even change the brake pads! AND I'M THE BLONDE!!!! UPDATE..... Lombard Ford contacted me. I am not sure what you ,the public, can see so I wanted to let everyone out there know that they contacted me after my post which was very nice. They wanted to rectify the problem which again was very nice but a little too late. I now have brakes but I had them installed by someone else so it would be useless to bring my car back to them now but the gesture was kind! More
After having service work done on my car at other shops, I have returned to Lombard Ford because I trust the quality of work that they do on my car. They are honest, efficient, and communicate well. If there is a delay during the repair, they tell me why and for how long. They are nice and they smile. Even when I change my mind about what work I want done on the car. Mea's Approach was very friendly. Everyone there works together to help each other to benefit the customer. They are very honest and do all that they can to find whatever information the customer needs be together to help each other to benefit the customer. They are very honest and do all that they can to find whatever information the customer needs be it a car fax, loan information and finding banks and credit institutions to printing info and getting phone numbers. They return phone calls promptly and follow up with you to help answer questions and get whatever you need done to help you make your purchase and get what you want. The atmosphere is very positive, business professional,yet relaxing for the customer. Picking up the car was easy. Everything was well explained and friendly , very professional. A very nice business to make a deal/purchase from. More
