I have purchase ESP contracts on 4 vehicles personally and have sent at least 6 different friends to Lombard Ford and have purchased ESP on their vehilces. Emma was the last peron that handled the transac and have sent at least 6 different friends to Lombard Ford and have purchased ESP on their vehilces. Emma was the last peron that handled the transaction and was just as friendly and professional as everyone else I have dealt with at Lombard Ford. There is never any preasure compared to the way the dealers who sell the vehicles to you. over the last 4 new vehicle purchases, I have chose to wait until the newness wears off before I choose to get an ESP Plan. Thank You Emma and all of the people who have helped with me and my friends. Again, the experience was a pleasure, "NOT PREASURE." More

A week after getting my new truck, I had to go back and have them replace the door actuator. After returning home notice d they dropped a screw inside the door while replacing the actuator now it’s just ra have them replace the door actuator. After returning home notice d they dropped a screw inside the door while replacing the actuator now it’s just rattling every time the door is open or closed… so I went back for an oil change I personally showed this issue to the service manager drew so it gets fixed, after the oil change I get in and checked the door and they flat out lied on the paperwork saying they fix it… well the screw still making the rattle. I will never get any service at this dealership… More

Emma Allen has provided me with exceptional service when I have purchased extended warranties for my family's Ford vehicles. Not only does she provide professional guidance about what plan to purchase that I have purchased extended warranties for my family's Ford vehicles. Not only does she provide professional guidance about what plan to purchase that will best meet my needs, she has saved me hundreds of dollars having priced the same ESP Ford extended warranties with other Ford dealers. I just lengthened a warranty that was to expire in a couple of months. Emma notified me about an upcoming pricing increase for the warranty so I could time my purchasing. With the cost of vehicles and the price to repair them out of warranty these days, I wouldn't own a vehicle without an official manufacturer's extended warranty for service at any Ford dealership. More
