Polly and Drew were very welcoming and made me feel very much at ease during my visit (oil change, brake inspection, fluid check). The work was done very quickly and efficiently. The only complaint I honestly have was I didn't get an email confirmation 24-48 hrs. prior to my visit verifying my date of service. More

The service department has gone downhill. I have been bringing my vehicle here for service for a long time but most likely never again. I dropped off my F150 for the Works package and fix the drivers si bringing my vehicle here for service for a long time but most likely never again. I dropped off my F150 for the Works package and fix the drivers side Lumbar adjustment as it's not working. I dropped it off the night before and left it all day on 4-20-21 for the work. I call around 3:15pm, no one answers the phone in service and the voicemail system is a mess. Finally told at the end of the day it's all set to pickup. I arrive and apparently no one in the service department knows there's a pandemic and mask mandate?? Not one employee is wearing a mask. Crazy.. They give me the keys and paperwork and say your all set. I ask is the Lumbar fixed? Hold on on let me check. WHAT? Nope not fixed there's a TSB and we have to order parts. I scheduled this well in advance so why did you not have the parts? I reschedule the Lumbar repair for 5-20-21 and once again leave the truck the night before so you can have it all day. No one calls and I call around 3PM and once again no one answers and the VM system is a mess. Someone calls back and says Lombard only ordered some of the parts and can't complete the repair. Need to keep the truck another day. This is now 3 days you will have the truck. Now it's Friday 5-21-21 and no one is calling to say the truck is ready. I call around 3PM and no answer.... I call back and now I'm told it will be ready by 5PM. 4PM I receive a call that Lombard ordered the old wiring harnesses and they need to keep the truck for the weekend. Really, you had the truck for 3 full days now and you want it for another 3 days? No, I told them to have it ready for me to pick up and I will have to go somewhere else. Very disappointing. More
