I can not be any more dissatisfied with Lombard Ford Service department. The past two times I have been there for the "works package" my tires did not get rotated. Even after pointing this out the res Service department. The past two times I have been there for the "works package" my tires did not get rotated. Even after pointing this out the response was dismissive and disingenuous. I have lost all trust in the service department after being charge not once but twice for services not rendered. More
