Had to bring car back to have part installed. Asked to have brakes checked and was told needed back brakes front was fine. This was after being given the wrong receipt and keys to the wrong car a Asked to have brakes checked and was told needed back brakes front was fine. This was after being given the wrong receipt and keys to the wrong car at the earlier appointment. I took the car somewhere else for the brakes and found the right front brakes were totally gone. I have two concerns; 1. I brought my car in early in the morning. I called about 3:30PM to ask how it was going and I was told that they were just starting to work on my car I brought my car in early in the morning. I called about 3:30PM to ask how it was going and I was told that they were just starting to work on my car. Not good. 2. When I brought my car in I indicated that I had reward points, as asked by your sign on window. When I returned to pick up car, the points were not used and I had to wait about 10 minutes because the paper work had to be redone. Not good. More
