Had to bring car back to have part installed. Asked to have brakes checked and was told needed back brakes front was fine. I have two concerns; 1. I brought my car in early in the morning. I called about 3:30PM to ask how it was going and I was told that they were just starting to work on my car I brought my car in early in the morning. When I brought my car in I indicated that I had reward points, as asked by your sign on window. When I returned to pick up car, the points were not used and I had to wait about 10 minutes because the paper work had to be redone. Not good. More
