Rating was for inside experience. Vehicle was brought in for passenger front window not working and passenger front door not locking ever, other doors operate properly. Solution is to Vehicle was brought in for passenger front window not working and passenger front door not locking ever, other doors operate properly. Solution is to order door handle which is expected to not work per staff then possibly order a door harness. Meanwhile they had car for 3hrs which first 2hrs car sat in parking lot untouched. 2nd car purchased from Lokey VW probably the last! Meanwhile wife has a 50k Vehicle that she doesn't feel safe driving from work. More
