Looooong wait I had my Nissan Sentra for an oil change and a noise coming from rear brakes. I know it was going to take a while but this was looonger than just a wh I had my Nissan Sentra for an oil change and a noise coming from rear brakes. I know it was going to take a while but this was looonger than just a while. I went to check status of my car and it turned out it was already been serviced sitting waiting for me, but no one notified me. Who knows how long it was there for. This whole time I was bored out of my mind in the dealers waiting room. When the car is done please notify the client right away I think it a Chuck that checked my Sentra in that day By the way when I went to check my car in all the service desk people looked like they were up all night with a look of constipation on their faces.I felt out of place being there. Normally they greet you with at least one smile More

One important thing that Kevin and all your service department have is that your department give greetings and welcome to every customer that I see going there including myself. Even if they are busy with a customer, they take a second to let the other customer know that they will be with them in a minute. this means a lot!! Charged for services not performed I brought my car in for oil/filter change and tire rotation and fix a front driver side flat. They did not fix flat as the same tire that was low on I brought my car in for oil/filter change and tire rotation and fix a front driver side flat. They did not fix flat as the same tire that was low on air pressure was in the location which also means they did not rotate the tires either. Only god knows if the oil change was performed and have no way of verifying that. They said it was due to some confusion/lack of communication between 2 techs. They did make good on it and fixed the flat and rotated tires and REFUNDED me my money. Brought another car in for oil change and tire rotation and same thing, tires not rotated as I made mark on each tire and they were still in the same position. Lost confidence in this dealership to perform GOOD and HONEST work. I simply don't know and cant trust that they are doing what is being asked of them. That's an awful feeling!!! More
