Service Advisor “Chuck” not customer oriented First, we were not acknowledged by Chuck. For quite awhile he ignored us and kept doing the task he was involved with. Other service advisors were sp First, we were not acknowledged by Chuck. For quite awhile he ignored us and kept doing the task he was involved with. Other service advisors were speaking up to say “he’ll be with you” as they seemed embarrassed by his being zoned out.. Next, he rudely, without saying “excuse me”, reached at my waist and grabbed a service form from the front of the counter. I had to step back as he approached, and I said, “excuse you!” He still was not phased. He may be a brilliantl car guy, but totally lacks in customer service and common courtesy. After finally talking with me, his manner was blunt and demanding. After taking my information, he got “Dave” to shuttle us home and told us to get his card so he could pick us up the next morning to come back to the dealership. Next am at 10am, I call Dave and he is unavailable as he is Tampa. So I got a neighbor to drive me. Upon arrival at about 11am, Chuck was not at his desk. “He May be at lunch.” Another advisor ran my credit card, but did not review what work was done or what the technician had reported on the checklist of future items that need attention. I asked him about Dave, and he said Dave was not the right person who would pickup in Dunedin. So Chuck had given us bad information which led to a further thwarted expectation. Then an assistant brought my car up and parked it where I could not drive it out safely. I had to ask him to bring the car out to where I could drive it. Overall, not a good experience. My car is a 2013 Nissan Altima which had to have its transmission replaced at 63,000 miles. Out of warranty. No, I will not use this service department again and NO, I will never buy another Nissan. More

SERVICE WORK MY APPT WAS FOR 1045. FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION.. DID NOT START WORKING ON CAR UNTIL AFTER 1200PM. AFTER LEAVING THE LOKEY, TOM WILKINS MY APPT WAS FOR 1045. FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION.. DID NOT START WORKING ON CAR UNTIL AFTER 1200PM. AFTER LEAVING THE LOKEY, TOM WILKINS CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE TECH DID NOT PUT MY WHEEL BACK IN THE CAR, I TOLD TOM TO MAIL THE LOCK TO ME.. I SPOKE TO TOM ON 8/14. HE TOLD ME THE LOCK HAD NOT BEEN MAILED YET SO I HAD DRIVE TO LOKEY TO PICK THE LOCK UP.. VERY UNSATISFACTORY. THANKS BARRY CLARK More

Over 24 hours for an oil change I dropped my car off at 2pm on Friday (had 5pm appointment for oil change). At 7:30pm, no call back yet, so I called the center to find out. The receptionist had no idea where my car was, or the key, or the status of the service. I had to borrow a car to get to work the next day. I called back in the morning on Saturday and was told it needed a new battery, which I bought. When I came to pick it up at noon, the oil wasn't changed! I waited another hour before I could take it home, then realized the complimentary wash and vacuum was never done. That's three strikes in only one visit! I called back twice to speak with managers but received only the voicemail, which was I left. More
