Service Department Lied To Me Twice I received an airbag recall notice from Nissan. I contacted the 800 number and based on my zip code they recommended I take my 2011 Nissan Versa to L I received an airbag recall notice from Nissan. I contacted the 800 number and based on my zip code they recommended I take my 2011 Nissan Versa to Lokey for the repair. I called Lokey directly and gave them my VIN which they correctly read back to me. They told me that my car was not recalled. I called the Nissan 800 number back and told them what Lokey told me. They called the dealership directly and Lokey agreed that my car was recalled and not just for the airbags but also for struts (LOKEY LIE #1). I then called the dealership and scheduled my service appointment for the next Tuesday. I received two emails and a voicemail message reminding me of my appointment. Within fifteen minutes of my voicemail message I received another voicemail from Lokey saying that the inflators were on back order and that I would need to reschedule. I called the Nissan national number again and they contacted Lokey directly and determined that they were not out of inflators (LOKEY LIE #2) and transferred me to the dealership. Lokey had already deleted my appointment and claimed to have no record of it. That was fine with me as I had lost all confidence that the service department would actually do the required repairs. I called the National number back and they recommended another dealership. More
Could have done much better I was in a production problem between the mechanical service and the collision center which resulted in extra time to get my car back. Each time I was promise that specific actions will be done to discover the next time that it was different. Per what I was told, an experience of 2 to 2 weeks and 1/2 became a 4 weeks work. I asked to talk to the manager and he was never available and never call me back. The last thing: I was told that the car will be clean when I will pick it up. When I came to pick it up,It was not. I had big marks of "water" on all the windows. I don't know what it was but it was very difficult to take off. More

Great customer service as usual I recently woke up to a dead battery in my Rogue. I called the dealership before I called AAA, and I was told just by describing my car's symptoms wha I recently woke up to a dead battery in my Rogue. I called the dealership before I called AAA, and I was told just by describing my car's symptoms what the problem was, better than AAA could predict. AAA tried to tow me to another shop, but I refused, because I know the level of service that I always receive at Lokey Nissan. Even without an appointment, on an otherwise very busy day, the dealership allowed me to bring my car in and I was on my way again within 90 minutes. More
Not your typical dealer experience I own a Mini Cooper, this dealer treats me far better than the Mini Cooper dealer who has a tendency to tell me the estimate to fix my car is $2,000 p I own a Mini Cooper, this dealer treats me far better than the Mini Cooper dealer who has a tendency to tell me the estimate to fix my car is $2,000 plus. I’m not sure if Lokey wants it to be known how fair they are even outside the Nissan brand they sell, but I will always trust them far more for my repair needs. And they actually fix your problems. You don’t have to keep coming back because they failed to fix what was wrong. Who knew there was such a great auto dealer to chose from? More
Excellent Service Experience! Brought my Nissan Juke in because I had been told at another Nissan dealership that I needed a battery... although the current battery had been replac Brought my Nissan Juke in because I had been told at another Nissan dealership that I needed a battery... although the current battery had been replaced less than a year and a half ago at this same dealership. When I asked why the battery was going bad in such a short period of time, the service advisor said, "it was probably just a bad battery". I then called Lokey and spoke with Service Advisor, Matt Kasper. He told me to bring it in and that because of the short interval between the replacement and the cells "going bad", it would be covered under warranty. Throughout the entire transaction, Matt was customer focused and demonstrated the highest level of customer service and concern for my satisfaction. He is truly excellent! The facility is new and quite fabulous. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone needing to service their Nissan. Ask for Matt. More
