I'm on my 6th car in 15+ years of coming to Lokey, Craig London has now sold 3 cars to me and my family. He is top notch, attentive and listens to me as a customer. Kevin in service is the man! No matter what he is on top of my requests. I came in for an oil change over the weekend and drove out in my 2nd Murano...in my favorite color and with the deal I needed. Unhappy Customer Service desk representative was unfriendly and asked questions that had been answered when the appointment was made. I coordinated with the dealership Service desk representative was unfriendly and asked questions that had been answered when the appointment was made. I coordinated with the dealership several months ago to have a repair made that required headquarters approval and was verbally told at that time that the repair had been approved. When I brought the vehicle in for repair, I was told that there was no record of the approval and the manager that had been previously involved had left the dealership. As a result, the repair was delayed until headquarters approval was received. In the future, I will require them to send email confirmation to me, so that it will not be a case of their word against mine. I'm a very dissatisfied customer. More
